8 units of beautifully designed semi- detached houses and linked semi-detached houses which resemble most of the units in the Sanctuary Ridge were constructed in the Permatang Sanctuary Show Village to serve as show units and also mock up for the actual phase.

Sanctuary Ridge facade were designed with the intention to be a continuity and inherit the DNA of  previous Sanctuary Residence design. Main features including the box design, long protrusion of the upper level and sliding aluminium louver had been preserved and refined.
