CHUN SING GOH
01 who am I
Hey there!

I'm Chun Sing Goh, an architecturally trained designer from Malaysia currently residing in Auckland, New Zealand. With a passion for crafting engaging spaces, I advocate for compact, human-centered urban development.
My background encompasses both design and management, having honed my skills at a prominent architecture firm and later transitioning to a Strategy Design Manager role at a leading real estate developer. My design philosophy emphasizes a holistic approach, carefully considering function, aesthetics, sustainability, budget, user experience, and the unique context of each project. From residential and commercial spaces to public areas, I've tackled a diverse range of endeavors, and I'm constantly energized by new challenges.

Beyond professional pursuits, I curate the Instagram page, @hello.penang. This platform aims to champion a more walkable and bikeable Penang by highlighting often-overlooked gems that vanish in a blur from a car window. In line with this mission, I'm developing a personal project: a comprehensive, accessible bike network for Penang, catering to people of all ages and abilities. This initiative prioritizes sustainable travel options and fosters equal access to daily necessities. Currently, I'm distilling the project's findings into digestible content for my LinkedIn.

Having recently relocated to Auckland, I've begun curating another Instagram page, @HelloAuckland, showcasing the city's stunning nature and skyline. It's a platform for me to form a stronger bond with the city while learning and exploring the immense potential Auckland offers.
If you share my enthusiasm for collaboration or simply wish to engage in design and architecture dialogue, please don't hesitate to reach out!!
