Sanctuary Ridge consist of 208 units beautifully designed 2 storey link semi detached, semi- detached houses, and bungalows. It was careful planned to create continuity and accessibly from the Sanctuary Residence. An intricately designed central garden, "Fun Ridge Park" is the heart of the development located between the Sanctuary Ridge and Sanctuary Residence.  The residents can access to variety of facilities including an outdoor gym, recreational and entertainment area set in lush landscape.

One of the major challenges we faced is the site topography. There is a very high slope along one of the site boundaries and encroached into the dwelling unit. We considered a-lot of options over how the slope to be treated including soil nailing, RC retaining wall, crib wall system, sheet piling system, with the consideration on safety, technical details, budget, maintenance, and visual presentation to the future purchaser.
