Sanctuary Residence overall layout is effectively planned in rows that run parallel with the main road to have an efficient internal layout and traffic circulation. The site elevation which is higher at rear requiring the Finished Ground Level and unit arrangement to be designed stagger down in 2 directions in order to match the existing main road level and to minimize the ground cutting while allowing rain water to discharge to the designated dry pond. A green landscape and park with facilities had been designed to serve the community. As the landscape is located along the site boundary, it also served as a green buffer separating the sanctuary residence with the previous development.
